The course then trains on 3 safe methods carers can use to move people in bed, either as a one-person or two-person lift.

At the completion of this course, learners will:

- Learn about safe lifting methods that carers can use when working alone to reposition people in bed.
- Learn how to work together to safely lift a person when they are unable to help with their lift.
