Customised Training Content
Tap into Safety has been working with many of our valued clients to develop custom-built safety training courses, employee mental health training, leadership courses and developing their SOPs, Policies and SWMS into eLearning, to use within the platform.
Your operations may be unique to you, or you may wish to show panoramic scenes of your work areas, rather than use the generic courses in the library. You may like to include your company requirements to some of our out-of-the-box courses, including attaching your Procedures for acknowledgement. Or you may simply want a custom course to complement the platform.
Customised Employee Mental Health, Microlearning Training, and Leadership Courses
Do you have a mental health topic that you would like an employee mental health course for that is currently not in the library? Or you may like the characters in the courses in the library dressed in your corporate uniform. Perhaps there’s a leaders & managers training course you need? Or you have a general topic you need specific training for.
The steps we take are as follows:
- We work with you to determine the topic and concepts you’d like covered in the course.
- We develop a script for the animated video and for the mental health training we have this reviewed by two Counselling firms. We ensure that the content is appropriate and uses sensitive language.
- We animate the story, add in the audio and send you a draft to review.
- We add the course onto the platform, giving you immediate access.
Digitise SOPs, Policies, or SWMS into Microlearning
We also develop microlearning training courses to reinforce your safe operation procedures (SOPs), Policies and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS). You provide your SOP, Policy or SWMS and we develop the course and include a Q&A assessment. We then attach your SOP, Policy or SWMS for acknowledgement and this filters back into our reporting.
And, we can attach your documents (Policies, Procedures, SWMS, Training Plans, TMPs, Diagrams, Images, Maps, etc.), to any of our courses in the library for an acknowledgement that is private to you and filter back into our reporting. This way, our generic training can reinforce your company’s processes. And, you have evidence that you have provided training for your processes, along with sharing the underpinning process.
How Long Does a Custom Employee Mental Health, Microlearning Training, Leadership Course, or Digitising Your Courses, Take to Build and What are the Costs?
A custom-built mental health, Microlearning Training, leadership course, or to digitise your SOPs, Policies or SWMS can be scripted, recorded and prepared in as little as 30 days.
The cost is AUD$3,500 + GST to build an employee mental health, general safety, leadership course, or to digitise your SOP, Policy or SWMS into a MicroLearning course. This includes the script preparation and audio recording, for a 10 minute animated video, and 7-10 Q&A assessment.
I Just Want to Transfer my Powerpoint Presentations to Video, Can You Do That?
We offer an additional service for those on a budget. We can reproduce your powerpoint slides into text videos and support them with audio. We add your company logo and some simple images. We also include a 7-10 Q&A assessment.
The cost to create a video that covers up to 20 powerpoint slides is AUD$1,000 + GST.

Customised Safety Training Courses
Do you have a specialised work environment, or would you like to cover content that is not in our library? Do you have a safety issue you’d like to focus on or would you prefer to train key safety messages using your own work environments?
Tap into Safety can work with you to develop safety training courses to cover the content you need. We follow a systematic process to ensure we are efficient both in time and cost. The steps we take are as follows:
- We work with you to determine the eight hazards you’d like covered in the panoramic scene and the four hidden hazards you may like to include.
- We will arrange for our photographer to attend your site to take the panoramic scene and other supporting images. Each photo shoot takes approximately one hour.
- We bring back the images to our studio and prepare them according to the agreed specification.
- We draft the training content, control measures and critical control measures using industry best practice and your JSA’s, SWMS, risk assessments and other critical documents.
- We send the draft build for your review.
- We build the training course on our platform, giving you immediate access.
How Long Does a Custom Safety Course Take to Build and What are the Costs?
A custom-built safety training course can be photographed and prepared in as little as 30 days.
We require AUD$11,000 to build a safety training course. This includes the panoramic scene, content and animations from our library. Custom animations are available at an additional cost. Travel to site, time on site for the photo-shoot, airfares and accommodation are additional.
Where you have no need for a panoramic scene, or access to site is difficult, we also offer custom-built e-Learning courses. These courses include our animated training content, assessment and reporting, just like the panoramic scene courses. Our e-Learning courses are only AUD$8,500.
