This toolbox session provides a step-by-step pre-start service for mobile plant and vehicles. It discusses lock-out-tag-out procedures, releasing any system pressure before any work begins and checking oil, coolant, hydraulic oil levels, gearbox oil and air filters.

- Understand the importance of completing the lock-out, tag-out procedure before performing any pre-start service work on plant and vehicles.
- Learn why you need to make sure the engine is cooled down with no systems under pressure before the service is undertaken.
