Drivers of heavy vehicles have several safety responsibilities when they are transporting or transferring dangerous goods.

This course explains the classes and divisions of dangerous goods, how workers can protect themselves and the appropriate PPE they should wear. The training teaches about what to do if the goods that are transported have defective packaging or are unlabelled, segregation, placards, spillage and overflow, static electricity and general duty of care.
