COVID-19 is requiring some employees to quarantine for a period of time, either at home or in a hotel. There are several strategies that they can use to get through this time and maintain a positive outlook and good mental health. Being positive from the start and having the right mindset from the get-go does make a difference.
This course provides helpful tips including advice on what to bring to make the time positive and useful. It encourages regular communication, to keep to a routine and keep busy. The course teaches valuable coping strategies to help to address the impact these arrangements can have on our mental health and advises on where to seek further help if quarantine becomes too tough.
